Tom Slayton has over 25 years of experience working directly with people including fourteen years as an owner operator of a successful restaurant in Newton Centre.
He started his real estate career in early 2006 by joining the Boston Development Group (Newton Massachusetts) Sales and Acquisitions team. He spent the next seven years as a Vice President focusing on leasing, selling and managing the eighteen commercial properties owned and operated by the Boston Development Group.
In early 2013 he left to join the Centre Realty Group team as the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing. Tom specializes in purchasing and leasing medical and restaurant space but has extensive experience working both landlord and tenant sides of commercial real estate transactions. He also brings with him a true knowledge of the office condominium market having sold fifty of them over the past four years.
Fred Greene brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience from The Boston Globe as a seasoned outside sales & marketing professional. His background in brand management, customer service, relationship building and territory management positions him well as a Commercial Real Estate Professional
Fred has worked the past six years at CRG Commercial and developed solid relationships in the commercial real estate community. He has represented owners and tenant’s commercial needs to successfully close numerous commercial deals. Fred will work diligently and efficiently to deliver successful results for each customer, earning their trust and confidence along the way.
Fred is a lifelong resident from Brookline and Newton with deep ties to the community. Fred is a former Newton North Little League Coach and has volunteered at various local events. Along with his CRG residential agent wife; Patty Greene, they form “The Greene Team”.

Fred graduated from Brookline High and went on to Cornell University. He received his B.A. degree In English and Economics from The University of Massachusetts. Fred resides in Newton Corner with his wife, Patty and two children.
John C. Nachtwey (JC) has served the real estate industry since 1978. He presently holds licenses in two states and has been practicing in the Boston area since 1982. Mr. Nachtwey owned and operated his own company from 1985 to 1995, and has expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. He worked at Coldwell Banker from 1997 through 2011 where he was recognized as one of the top 300 Coldwell Banker agents in the country and top 10 Coldwell Banker agents in the state. JC has been with CRG Commercial as a vice president since 2011, and has been one of their top commercial listing agents since coming on board at CRG.
In addition to his active and successful real estate career, John also enjoys a healthy personal life. He has participated in USSA Masters ski racing events, competitive dancing, golf, and swimming. John also gives of himself through his volunteer work. He has volunteered for the Brookline Symphony Orchestra and the Town of Brookline Flag Day Celebration. This great balance of physical conditioning and spiritual awareness allows John Nachtwey to stay focused and goal orientated in his work.
